Designed for extreme conditions, the Block Rain Jacket is waterproof and windproof, with high-visibility inserts and zippered pockets for ventilation and convenience. The comfortable cut and stretch fabric ensure comfort even over other technical layers.
The BLOCK RAIN jacket is fully heat-sealed inside and can be considered the PLUS version to stay 100% protected from cold, wind, and rain. The BLOCK RAIN jacket features a REGULAR cut that provides a relaxed fit that is not too tight, and a slightly stretch fabric to prevent flapping during use.
The rain jacket (10,000 mm water column) and windproof, with a moderate breathability level, is comfortable and allows complete freedom of movement even when worn as a shell over the Thermal Jacket.
The BLOCK RAIN jacket is designed for intensive use, which is why it has 2 pockets, both with zippers. The first pocket is located on the front of the jacket and is defined as an anti-condensation mesh pocket to promote better ventilation thanks to its interior made of mesh fabric, where small items like keys or gels can also be stored. The second pocket, also with a zipper, is located on the back.
This garment is a valuable ally to wear to counter sudden weather changes such as wind and rain. The BLOCK RAIN jacket is lightweight and practical.
How and when to wear it
The BLOCK RAIN jacket is recommended for periods when temperatures range from +0° to +20°. It has been tested for road cycling and MTB: in all situations, it proved extremely comfortable and protective against wind and rain. Garment care
Take care of Biotex garments to ensure long-lasting use. It is recommended to wash the garment before use to avoid possible color transfer to other clothes. To maintain its features unchanged, a gentle wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying is recommended. Make sure everything is properly closed: zippers, buttons, Velcro. Avoid or reduce the use of fabric softeners (they inhibit breathability). Do not place on radiators or other direct heat sources and do not use an iron. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. Bright/fluorescent colors may fade.
