We use the collaboration of various couriers that may vary depending on the shipping areas, the couriers used are:
GLS, BARTOLINI, DHL.

Once you receive the package, please check that the number of parcels delivered by the courier matches the number indicated by the courier. If you notice damaged packaging, please accept the package "WITH RESERVATION" by informing the courier and our customer service. If the package is not accepted with reservation, it will be impossible for us to file a claim with the shipping service for verification and possible refund/replacement of the damaged or missing product due to theft. We always recommend signing “with reservation” upon receipt of the package so that the integrity of the product inside can be checked. If any damage or marks are found upon opening the package, these must be reported promptly and documented with photos.

All shipping services have a tracking code that is sent via email from the moment the shipment has been made. With the received code, it will be possible to track the order status
(with some couriers, the code will be active 24 hours after the shipment).
