A casing with bead-to-bead protection and a hard rubber insert positioned above the bead wire provides reliability suited to any aggressive riding style. The multiple reinforcements incorporated into the structure improve overall casing strength and provide greater support when riding at low pressures: with a bead-to-bead nylon layer integrated into the casing plies and a thick hard rubber insert above the bead, HardWALL easily handles high loads and prevents punctures. Numerous integrated reinforcement technologies combined with a 60tpi nylon casing result in a sturdy tyre construction, benefiting reliability and ride quality without compromising weight.
