Unior 1672/2 Cup Spanner for Older Bottom Brackets

The Unior 1672/2 bottom bracket cup spanner is used to adjust preload on cup-and-cone bottom brackets. It is designed for maintaining bikes with older bottom brackets.

Unior was founded in 1919 in Zreče, in present-day Slovenia, where it is still based. For bicycle care, it makes tools, repair stands and wheel equipment. Its name, adopted in the 1970s, comes from the expression “universal tools” and reflects its roots in metalworking.
