Trek Fuel+ LX 9.8 XT Gen 2 Electric Mountain Bike

Trek Fuel+ LX 9.8 XT Gen 2 is the Fuel+ for the most demanding descents: 160mm at the rear, a 170mm Fox Factory 38 fork and 29-inch wheels. The TQ-HPR60 motor adds progressive assistance on climbs, keeping the ride feel of a trail mountain bike at its heart.

• Subtle assistance: The 60Nm TQ works smoothly and quietly and is powered by the removable 580Wh battery. The colour display makes system information easy to read.
• Fox Factory 38: The 170mm of travel and GRIP X2 damper offer adjustments to find support and sensitivity on rough trails.
• Ready for steep sections: The Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain uses a 10-51 cassette. Bontrager Line Comp 30 Tubeless Ready wheels and a dropper seatpost complete the build.

The LX configuration focuses on support, travel and the ability to roll over obstacles for days when you want to seek out the most technical trails.

Trek was founded in 1976 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, by Dick Burke and Bevil Hogg and is still based in the same city today. It makes road, mountain, gravel, city and electric bikes to support different ways of riding. Its story began in a barn, with 904 steel touring frames produced in its first year.
