Trek Fuel EXe 9.8 XT adds assistance to the trail bike riding experience, with a compact, quiet TQ-HPR50 motor. The 140mm at the rear and the 150mm fork allow for active riding on the trail; on climbs, motor assistance helps you get back to the start of the descent.
- Natural assistance: The 50Nm TQ system responds to your pedalling and is paired with a removable 360Wh battery. A compact solution for riders seeking support on climbs and handling on the trails.
- RockShox and Shimano XT: The 150mm Lyrik Select+ and Super Deluxe Select+ RT handle the terrain; the Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain uses a 10-51 cassette for climbs.
- Carbon wheels: The Bontrager Line Elite 30 carbon wheels are Tubeless Ready, with 29x2,50-inch SE5 Team Issue tyres.
An e-MTB for riders who want to keep choosing their lines, loading the bike through corners and riding in their own style, with an extra boost to get going again.

Trek was founded in 1976 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, by Dick Burke and Bevil Hogg and is still based in the same city today. It makes road, mountain, gravel, city and electric bikes to support different ways of riding. Its story began in a barn, with 904 steel touring frames produced in its first year.
