Wind 42 wheels are designed to balance performance and comfort, delivering smooth handling and versatility. The new Wind wheels are suitable for road riding as well as light off-road use (ASTM use category 2), enhancing riding enjoyment away from busy roads too. A design that meets the increasingly varied ways in which road bikes are used.
Wind 42 wheels inherit many of Fulcrum's proprietary technologies from the Speed family, the top road range in terms of performance, to deliver a superior ride feel compared with the previous generation. Handling improves by up to +22% and responsiveness by up to +10%* for a versatile, comfortable product suited to the modern cyclist.
Among the most noticeable changes, the rim depth increases to 42 mm with an internal width of 23 mm. The graphics are completely new and follow the new Form Function Fulcrum styling, with a minimalist yet refined design that incorporates all the technical product information through new icons.
