Uncompromising clarity
Designed with a large 3,4-inch display, Rider S800 uses MIP (Memory In Pixel) technology combined with an optimised internal reflective layer for a better outdoor viewing experience without shadows on the screen. The extra-large MIP display with an ultra-thin bezel offers crisp, high-contrast readability and a high screen ratio, making this GPS cycle computer Bryton's flagship device with uncompromising clarity!

Ambient light sensor | Suitable for all conditions
Using its built-in ambient light sensor, Rider S800 automatically adjusts brightness to suit the detected light conditions. When riding indoors, passing through a tunnel, under trees and so on, the backlight automatically becomes brighter, ensuring optimal screen brightness anytime, anywhere!

Group Ride
Riding is always better with friends! The Bryton Active app lets you select a route, invite friends and stay updated on the real-time status of everyone on the ride. Each cyclist's current distance, speed and direction are displayed individually, along with whether a group member is off course or has lost signal. What's more, setting up a group ride with the Bryton Active app is as easy as pressing a button.

Group Chat
Want to send a message to the group, let someone know about a stop or simply cheer on another cyclist? With the Rider S800 or Bryton Active app, you can send messages to other cyclists quickly and safely during a group ride using the Group Chat feature. Customise preset messages in the Bryton Active app to send quick replies directly from the device, or type a custom message in the app at your next stop. You can also use voice input to create custom messages hands-free during your ride.

Voice search
Bryton Rider S800 speaks every language! With an internet connection, Rider S800 removes the need for on-screen keyboards by providing Google's online voice search, available in over 100 languages: a faster, more intuitive and comprehensive way to search for addresses or POI while riding on roads, trails or wherever you are!

Cycling dynamics support
With support for cycling dynamics, power training and power data analysis have been taken to the next level. Once paired with compatible power meter pedals, Rider S800 can display statistics and graphs on the Data Grid pages, including seated/standing position, power phase (PP), platform centre offset (PCO) and left/right balance, all on Rider S800's large, dynamic display.

OpenStreetMaps and POI
Rider S800 comes preloaded with OSM (OpenStreetMaps) maps and supports enhanced zoom with up to 16 levels. A wide range of POI is displayed on the device's map, including bike shops, hospitals, refreshment stops, toilets and more. Selecting a POI provides a brief description. The OSM maps included with Rider S800 have also been enhanced to show MTB routes and other useful information for off-road disciplines.

Advanced training features
With the new graphical workout overview with zoom support and new advanced features such as real-time intensity adjustment, TrainingPeaks compatibility, a new flexible training mode and the ability to add notes (via the Bryton Active app or TrainingPeaks), workouts on Rider S800 have become even better! You can view workout progress, customisable power zones and more, all through a vivid graphical interface!

Advanced routing features
When you leave the route you are following, Rider S800 connects to your smartphone to guide you back to the original route. You can also reverse a saved route to swap the start and finish points, or retrace a ride still in progress to return to the starting point along the same route.

Indoor smart trainer
Equipped with powerful new features and a wide range of integrations, Rider S800 brings the thrill of the ride to your indoor smart trainer! With compatibility with ANT+ FE-C smart trainers, Rider S800 can communicate with your indoor smart trainer to control its resistance or power (target resistance / power), simulate custom virtual workouts (smart workout) or simulate a route (virtual ride).

Turn-by-turn navigation
Whether you are exploring new terrain or following a downloaded route, Rider S800 is the ideal companion for your rides, offering navigation and advanced ride data, including streets (when connected to Bryton Active), points of interest and peaks (customisable via Bryton Active), and turn distance and direction information, all on the preloaded OSM (OpenStreetMap) European maps.

Virtual Ride
Discover endless possibilities from the comfort of your home with the Virtual Ride function. With ANT+ FE-C compatibility, Rider S800 works seamlessly with most smart trainers and can simulate routes recorded by the Bryton Active app. These converted routes can reproduce different gradients to closely emulate the on-road experience.

Simply select the distance you want to ride and let Rider S800 guide you! Generating up to three unique routes from your current location, Rider S800 lets you explore the unknown and brings you home!

Smart training
Rider S800 lets you easily create customised virtual workouts for smart trainers at home! Training programmes can be designed with the Bryton Active app and downloaded directly to the device. With ANT+ FE-C support, Rider S800 communicates with the smart trainer to simulate the resistance from the training programme.

Climb Challenge
In Follow Route mode, climb to new heights with the Climb Challenge function. When you start a climb, Rider S800 will display a dedicated page, providing a graphical overview of the various segments covered. The Climb Challenge screen also features a summary of all the climbs on the route, a breakdown into brightly coloured segments, distance, altitude, elevation gain and start and end points, giving you easy access to all this information at a glance.

Climb data and alerts
After setting up a route with Climb Challenge, you can view upcoming climbs, the distance to the start/end of the climb, current/starting/finishing altitude, elevation countdown, remaining distance, gradient, altitude and more directly from the Climb page on Rider S800! Also, while following a route and approaching a climb, Rider S800 automatically switches between the Data Grid and Climb pages by default to prepare you for the upcoming change in elevation.

Customise your climb
When creating or importing a route, the Bryton Active app automatically generates climb data for Bryton, Strava, Komoot or any other third-party route imported into the app, creating a Climb Challenge-compatible route for Rider S800. After reviewing the route, you can choose to customise these climbs further by adjusting the total number, climb range, start/end points and more via the Bryton Active app!

Live Track
Share your location in real time with friends and family using the new Bryton Live Track function. Simply generate a sharing link directly from your smartphone and share it on any messaging app. With the Live Track link, anyone can follow you online and view not only your real-time location, but also your current speed, travel time, route time, distance and the time of the last update!

Radar compatibility
Rider S800 supports ANT+ Radar after a simple pairing process. On the Data Grid page, the radar strip shows approaching vehicles, using the vivid colour screen of Rider S800 to clearly display vehicle icons, as well as providing 3 alert levels with audio notifications.

Smart notifications
You will no longer have to worry about missing important calls, emails or messages during training. Rider S800 alerts you whenever you receive calls, emails or messages through simple Bluetooth pairing with your smartphone.

Bryton app synchronisation
Enjoy seamless over-the-air synchronisation with Bryton Active. Routes can be automatically synced via Bluetooth from Rider S800 to the Bryton Active app, where you can view your progress and graphical analysis, and share your routes on social media. You can also use the Bryton Active app to sync and plan workouts, download planned routes and much more. After a simple setup, automatic syncing with STRAVA, TrainingPeaks, Selfloops and Relive from your Bryton Active account also makes it easy to share activities and compare your performance with millions of people.

Automatic synchronisation with STRAVA, TrainingPeaks and Selfloops
You can compete with cyclists from around the world using the data recorded by Rider S800. Training files are automatically saved in FIT format and can be uploaded to the most popular training websites, so no file conversion software is required. It is also very easy to sync activities from the Bryton Active app with Strava/TrainingPeaks/Selfloops/Relive/Today’s Plan by linking your accounts. Rider S800 also supports professional training applications such as GoldenCheetah for detailed post-training analysis.
