Formula Nebbia is an air shock for mountain bikes, designed for All Mountain, Enduro and Downhill riders. It has a hybrid negative spring and a LV bladder oil reservoir.

Formula was founded in Prato in 1987 by Andrea Becocci and his wife Daniela, and remains based there. It makes brakes, suspension and wheels for mountain bikers, bringing its motorcycle experience to the trails. In 1993 it introduced Standard, a hydraulic disc brake designed specifically for mountain biking.
