Focus Izalco Max 8.8

The Focus Izalco Max 8.8 is a new carbon road bike, available in sizes XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL. Equipped with a Shimano drivetrain and Novatec wheels, it is an option for you if you are looking for a bike for road rides.

• Frame and fork: Carbon technology frame with BB86 bottom bracket and MAX technology carbon fork with integrated cable routing.
• Shimano 105: The R7100 12-speed drivetrain pairs a 50/34 crankset with 12-34 rear gearing.
• Carbon wheels: The Novatec R4 wheels have a 45 mm rim depth and 12x100 mm and 12x142 mm axles.
• Vittoria tyres: The Vittoria Rubino TLR tyres come in size 700 x 28C, with folding construction.
• Stem with mount: The aluminium FOCUS C.I.S. 2.0 includes a mount for Garmin and Wahoo computers.
• Disc brakes: The braking system uses Shimano 105 R7025 brakes and levers.

• AERO IMPROVEMENTS

  The wind tunnel-approved NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) shapes make our frame highly aerodynamic. At the same time, the frame weighs just 1050 g for the 8.series (size M), with a further 400 g for the fork. Our C.I.S. conceals the cables beneath the stem. It also comes with an integrated computer mount for both Wahoo and Garmin.

  IZALCO MAX is available in seven sizes. Combined with the stem, which we offer in six lengths from 70 to 120 mm, it really does offer a size for everyone.

• EFFORTLESS HANDLING AND MAXIMUM STIFFNESS

  To help you put that extra power onto the road, the bottom bracket is optimised for stiffness and the fork for lateral stiffness. Together with bold geometry for easier cornering, especially at high speeds, IZALCO MAX is the road bike for every ambition.
