The Scott Aspect 970 is a hardtail mountain bike with a 6061 aluminium frame, available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. With a Shimano Tourney rear derailleur and Syncros components, it is suitable if you are starting to explore the trails by mountain bike.

The Scott Aspect 970 was created with a goal stated by SCOTT: to combine light weight and efficiency on your mountain bike rides.

  • Suntour fork: The Suntour XCE 28 provides 100mm of front suspension travel.
  • Gearing: The 21-speed drivetrain combines a Prowheel 42x34x24 crankset with a Sunrace CSM40 11-34T cassette.
  • Disc brakes: The Tektro SCM-02 mechanical disc brakes use 160mm rotors.
  • Kenda tyres: The Kenda Booster 29x2.4" tyres rated at 30TPI are paired with Syncros X-20 Disc rims.
  • Internal cable routing: The Aspect 900-700 series frame features internal cable routing and a replaceable hanger.
