Starting with the innovative lever system of the Ergopower brake/shift levers, which speeds up shifting, the Campagnolo Super Record 2x12-speed Front Derailleur introduces numerous technical innovations. Shifting effort has been reduced by splitting the front linkage, preventing contact with the limit screw. The inner guide plate is shaped for maximum upshift speed, while the one-piece outer guide plate profile ensures efficient chain upshifts and fast, smooth downshifts thanks to the use of carbon fibre.
This component's appearance integrates perfectly with the Super Record groupset thanks to the use of unidirectional carbon fibre and titanium bolts. Fine adjustment of the front derailleur positions via the Ergopower controls prevents any contact with the chain, even at maximum cross-chaining. In terms of compatibility, the Super Record Front Derailleur can be fitted with tyres up to 32 mm, thanks to the upper link and dual cable attachment.
