Biotex Limitless High-Neck Base Layer

The Limitless high-neck base layer is made from seamless, stretchy, run-resistant fabric. This innovative fabric has been designed to ensure maximum comfort through a perfect anatomical fit. The exceptional flexibility of the knit allows complete freedom of movement, further enhanced by the absence of seams. The polypropylene fabric also wicks sweat away immediately, keeping your body dry at all times. A distinctive feature of this thermal base layer is that its raw-cut edges (sleeves and neck) can be customised to suit your preferences.

HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT

You can wear the Limitless high-neck base layer next to the skin (combined with other garments offering varying levels of technical performance) when temperatures range from -15° to +15°. In some sports, such as running, the base layer can be worn on its own. The temperature range indicates the extreme limits of use. The midpoint of the range should therefore be used as a reference to meet your needs, which vary according to the sport, weather conditions and your own temperature regulation.
To increase warmth and protection, combining several technical layers is recommended, in line with the Biotex philosophy. Check which size suits your body, choose the colour and find out when you can wear it and train in a high-performance technical thermal base layer. The long-sleeved base layer is backed by Biotex's experience. The garment retains its technical properties over the years and through repeated washing, provided you follow a few simple washing and garment care instructions.

RANGE

The POWERFLEX WARM range is designed for those who practise winter sports and continue training and racing even in the coldest months. Made from seamless, run-resistant, four-way stretch mesh, these garments are insulating and highly durable. Next to the skin is BTX polypropylene yarn. On the outside, Lycra and Nylon provide stretch and design.

GARMENT DEL CARE

Look after your Biotex garments to ensure long-lasting use. We recommend washing the garment before use to avoid possible colour transfer to other garments. To preserve its properties, we recommend a gentle wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Make sure all zips, buttons and Velcro fastenings are closed. Avoid or reduce the use of fabric softener, as it inhibits breathability. Do not place on radiators or other direct heat sources, and do not iron. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. Bright/fluorescent colours may fade.

Biotex was founded in Faenza in 1990 from an idea by Antonio Visani and is still based in the Romagna town today. It makes technical underwear and clothing for cycling and mountain biking, supporting riders throughout the seasons. Its name combines “Bio”, life, and “Tex”, fabric: a reference to the idea of well-being through what we wear.
