Prologo Scratch M5 Tirox Saddle

Anatomical Shape

A T-shape saddle that ensures greater freedom of movement thanks to a wider seating area. The rearward anatomical centre allows the rider to change position easily using the full length of the saddle. The rounded anatomical shape of Scratch M5 provides extra support for the lower back, helping even those with limited pelvic mobility maintain a stable position.

Technologies

The MSS- Multi Sector System seating system, designed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, helps improve comfort and performance. The separate active foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and independently, supporting the normal pedalling movement during both the push and pull phases.

Innovative Active Base technology gives the Scratch M5 model a perforated base covered with light padding to eliminate pressure peaks in the pelvic and genital area. The closed prostate area also offers better protection for the genital area in extreme weather conditions (rain or mud).

Base and Rails

The rails can be made from Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber), composed of carbon fibre, kevlar and aluminium filaments, ideal for cyclists seeking maximum stiffness and low weight, or Tirox (light alloy steel), which offers excellent vibration absorption. The base is made from long-fibre carbon for Nack rails or injected carbon for Tirox rails. These materials offer an excellent balance of stiffness and comfort.
