Prologo Scratch M5 Pas Nack Saddle

Scratch M5 PAS is the new range of saddles using 4.0 technologies. Innovative in size, shape and ergonomics, they are suitable for a variety of uses and disciplines (Road / Off Road), including Triathlon.

Thanks to their new design, dimensions and ergonomic “T Shape”, Scratch M5 PAS saddles are suitable for both men and women. The dimensions are 250 x 140 mm and weights vary depending on the model configuration.

The new MSS - Multi Sector System seating system, designed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano, helps improve comfort and performance. The separate active foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and independently, supporting the natural pedalling movement during both the push and pull phases. The round shape of Scratch M5 allows the pelvis to rotate naturally, providing stability and support for the lumbar area; it also helps distribute pressure across a larger surface.

The PAS (Perineal Area System) system is a channel designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness by improving blood flow. Its distinctive ergonomic design, supported by variable-density foam, eliminates contact points in the prostate and genital area. The PAS channel is ideal for riders who favour performance combined with comfort over long and medium distances.

Technologies
Multi – Sector System
This system features different mapped and separate zones on the saddle, each comprising different interactive foams and separate single-cell padding. These “islands” work independently, adapting to every position the rider may adopt while pedalling.

Pas System
Pas (Perineal Area System) technology eliminates pressure peaks and numbness in the pelvic area. Pas technology is achieved through a special anatomical design of the padding and shell. The exceptional performance of Prologo saddles is also ensured in the Pas version thanks to the unchanged structural integrity of the shell, providing excellent comfort while maintaining a high level of performance.

Nack Rails
Carbon nanofibre saddle rails. The seatpost clamping area, made from carbon, Kevlar and aluminium filaments, is treated using the BCR (Braided Carbon Rail) manufacturing process. This process allows the different fibres and materials to “fuse” and compact perfectly, creating a uniform structure that is particularly resistant to penetration. The carbon layers and use of special resins allow thickness, density and elasticity to vary according to construction requirements, reducing weight without compromising rail strength.

Founded in Milan in 2006, Prologo now has its operational headquarters in Busnago and offers saddles for road cycling, MTB and gravel, along with gloves, grips and handlebar tape. It developed MYOWN, a system that helps each cyclist choose a saddle based on their individual characteristics and cycling discipline.
