Pirelli Scorpion S Tubeless Ready Tyre

Developed for soft terrain, both dry and wet, the PIRELLI Scorpion S MTB tyre offers excellent grip. Presented here in its Tubeless Ready version with a folding bead, ideal for All-Mountain and Enduro!

For even greater performance, S benefits from tear- and puncture-resistant material and SmartGRIP Compound technology. Developed and then tested on tracks around the world, this construction gives the tyre exceptional grip, durability and smooth rolling in all conditions.

The sidewalls receive an additional 120tpi tear-resistant coating for effective protection without compromising performance. The robust 60 tpi nylon casing of the Scorpion S has been specifically developed for more stable riding at low pressure, a larger contact patch and better vibration absorption.

Also designed for dry and wet surfaces, the tread features low, closely spaced ribs. This design improves rolling smoothness while ensuring excellent grip and limiting deformation when cornering.

The tyre profile is also optimised to fit modern aluminium and carbon rims with a wide internal width.

Founded in Milan in 1872 by Giovanni Battista Pirelli, Pirelli remains based in the Lombard city today. For cyclists, it makes tyres for road, gravel, mountain and city bikes, as well as inner tubes. In Bollate, it has renovated a factory dedicated to producing bicycle tyres.
