The lever body is made from Carbotecture SL, a composite material that is not only lightweight but also extremely strong thanks to its embedded carbon fibres.
This material makes it lighter and stiffer than its aluminium counterpart, allowing you to get maximum performance from your bike.
Despite its extremely low weight, MT8 SL Flat Mount offers the greatest braking power and stability in the 2-piston family.
Many mountain bike frames offer little space in the rear triangle, which is why the Flat Mount standard is used.
