GRX brake levers feature a tough anti-slip coating for greater grip and control, even in heavy rain, spray and mud. The non-slip surface of the GRX hood ensures consistent control, even on the roughest descents. The anti-slip coating on the GRX brake levers always delivers Shimano's legendary stopping power, even in wet or muddy conditions. The new GRX RX820 hood shape distributes pressure over a larger area of the hand, maximising comfort on long rides.

The GRX BR-R820 disc brake calliper offers new levels of control, with improved modulation and a more immediate bite point. Despite its smaller construction, the system is quieter than ever and easier to maintain. (Brake pads are included.)

Greater chain stability and quieter, more consistent shifting for gravel
The RD-RX820 rear derailleur is compatible with 12-speed 11-34D and 11-36D cassettes, offering a wide gear range that lets you maintain a comfortable cadence regardless of the terrain. The SHIMANO GRX 12-speed rear derailleur features an integrated chain stabiliser for quieter shifting and more secure chain management in demanding situations. The chain tensioner also features an ON/OFF switch for riding on smooth surfaces.

Optimal gearing for group rides and more aggressive racing
The SHIMANO FC-RX820-2 crankset offers a perfect balance of low weight and optimised efficiency for mixed-terrain riding and racing. The double chainring meets the varied demands of gravel, offering the closer, progressive gear steps needed to maintain your position in the group. The 2x12-v crankset is available with a 48-31D chainring combination and crank lengths of 170, 172,5 and 175 mm.
