The Vittoria Rubino V folding tyre 700x26C is a tube-type tyre, meaning it must be fitted with an inner tube, for 700c wheels. Its folding bead makes it easy to store and convenient to carry in a bag as a spare. To confirm the size, check the ETRTO 26-622 and the width of 26 mm.
