The Schwalbe Motion Spike wire bead studded tyre is designed for occasional commuting or touring in moderate winter conditions. It has a Winter compound, reflective sidewall strips and E-25 approval for pedelecs with pedal assistance up to 25 km/h.
It weighs 805 g and has a maximum load of 75 kg, with a pressure range of 3.5 to 6.5 bar (50-95 PSI). This model is designed for use with an inner tube (Tube). There are up to 120 studs for a 28 inch wheel. Replacement studs and the replacement kit are sold separately. Available sizes are 700 x 35 (35-622) and 700 x 40 (42-622): choose according to your rim diameter.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
