MOVEMENT IN MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS

Designed to add forward and backward movement to the NEO trainer, these motion plates allow more realistic movement in multiple directions, giving a riding sensation almost like being outdoors. Adopt a more natural position and train even more effectively.

Simply fit them and start pedalling. The motion plates attach magnetically and securely to the base of your compatible trainer.
