Shimano GRX-820 2-Speed Left Front STI Lever

The STI Shimano GRX-820 2s lever is a dual-control lever for gravel and cyclocross, with 2-speed mechanical front shifting and hydraulic disc braking. It mounts on the left, the front chainring side, and is for riders who want to control braking and shifting with a single lever on a double-chainring drivetrain.

The lever weighs 283 g and offers reach and contact point adjustment, with a bolt providing a 10.9 mm adjustment range, adjusted using a 2 mm hex key. The system uses mineral oil and attaches to the handlebar with a 23.8-24.2 mm closed clamp. The SM-BH90-JK-SSR brake hose is not included, while the recommended calliper is the BR-RX820. The pack contains 1 brake/shift lever and 1 gear cable.
