Focus Izalco Max 8.7

The Focus Izalco Max 8.7 is a new road bike with disc brakes, available in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. The build includes a Shimano 105 R7100 12-speed drivetrain: an option for those looking for a bike for their road rides.

• Frame and fork: Carbon Technology frame with a BB86 bottom bracket and Max Technology Carbon fork with integrated cable routing.
• Gearing for the road: The Shimano RS510 crankset uses 50/34 chainrings, paired with 12-34 rear gearing.
• Shimano 105 brakes: The Shimano 105 R7025 system features a 160 mm front disc and a rear disc of the same size.
• Wheels and tyres: Alexrims Boondocks 5 wheels with a 26 mm rim depth and Vittoria Zaffiro Pro 700 x 28C folding tyres.
• Stem with mount: The integrated aluminium Focus C.I.S. 2.0 stem includes a mount for Garmin and Wahoo computers.

• AERO IMPROVEMENTS

  The wind tunnel-approved NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) shapes make our frame highly aerodynamic. At the same time, the frame weighs just 1050 g for the 8.series (size M), with an additional 400 g for the fork. Our C.I.S. hides the cables beneath the stem. It also comes with an integrated computer mount for both Wahoo and Garmin.

  IZALCO MAX is available in seven sizes. Combined with the stem, which we offer in six lengths from 70 to 120 mm, it really does offer a size for everyone.

• EFFORTLESS HANDLING AND MAXIMUM STIFFNESS

  To help you deliver that extra power on the road, the bottom bracket is optimised for stiffness and the fork for lateral stiffness. Together with bold geometry for easier cornering, especially at high speeds, IZALCO MAX is the road bike for every ambition.
