The STI Shimano Claris 3x8s lever pair is designed for road bikes and includes right and left levers in a 3x8 configuration: the left lever controls 3 speeds and the right 8. It is a Dualcontrol system, so braking and shifting are integrated into the same lever.
The ST-R2000/-R2030 model is made from aluminium and works with derailleur gearing. The deciding factor is your drivetrain's 3x8 configuration. Check that the 3-speed left lever and 8-speed right lever match the rear derailleur and crankset fitted.
