Pirelli PZero Smartube Inner Tube 700x23/32c Presta Valve 80mm

P ZERO™ SmarTUBE is the most advanced road cycling inner tube in our range. Created to meet the low weight and handling demands of PRO World Tour riders, it was first used in the P ZERO Race Tub SL tubular tyre and is now available as a spare for every amateur cyclist

Traditional butyl has been replaced with a technologically advanced material, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), characterised by elasticity and mechanical strength. These properties allow an inner tube to be produced that is up to 70% lighter, up to 50% more compact and almost as durable as a traditional butyl inner tube

P ZERO™ SmarTUBE is the ultimate solution for cyclists who still use traditional clincher tyres and want to improve their bike's performance, and for those seeking a lightweight, compact spare for tubeless-ready tyres.

Compatible with disc and rim brake systems. Presta valve.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

– Low weight: The weight of P ZERO™ SmarTUBE is an exceptional achievement, unthinkable until a few years ago. With equivalent characteristics, P ZERO™ SmarTUBE can weigh up to 70% less than a standard butyl inner tube.

– TPU: The unique characteristics of P ZERO™ SmarTUBE come from using TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) instead of traditional butyl. A technical innovation that revolutionises inner tubes, both for everyday use and as a spare

– Innovation: Driven by the demands of Pirelli's World Tour factory team riders, our engineers revolutionised the latex inner tube used in tubular tyres and produced our lightest tubular tyre ever. The same technology is now available to all amateur cyclists who refuse to compromise

Founded in Milan in 1872 by Giovanni Battista Pirelli, Pirelli remains based in the Lombard city today. For cyclists, it makes tyres for road, gravel, mountain and city bikes, as well as inner tubes. In Bollate, it has renovated a factory dedicated to producing bicycle tyres.
