Schwalbe SCV12 Inner Tube

The Schwalbe SCV12 inner tube is designed for mountain bikes and has a SCV (Clik Valve) valve measuring 40 mm. It weighs 140 g and the ETRTO size 30/47-559/597 indicates the range of compatible tyres, so check the width shown on the tyre sidewall before ordering.

The size is 26/27.5" MTB, so check your wheel diameter before buying. The tube is made from butyl, and the manufacturer states high durability, reliability and low air loss. In the technical data, the compatible width ranges from 1.20 to 1.75 inches on a 26" wheel, so check that your tyre falls within this range.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
